:: About Exchange / Refund::

All items sold by TePe HK are personal care items. Concerning personal hygiene issues, there are generally no returns or exchanges on all items shipped. If you find a problem after receiving the products, you can return it within 7 days after receiving the goods.


Items available for return or exchange :

1. The item received does not match the item ordered or the item received is damaged.

2. Sizes do not fit or the size needs to be changed. (Must be fully packaged)

The Items not available for return or exchange :

1. Unpackaged, damaged (must be returned in the same condition as received with all accessories and packaging)

2. Customer's personal reasons, e.g. wrong product, wrong colour, personal inappropriateness, etc.

3. Damaged goods that have been altered and used by the customer

4. Goods received more than 7 days or more after delivery

Question:

I don't like the colour or pattern of the item I received, can I exchange it?

Not available. All items sold at TePe HK are random colours or patterns. Concerning personal hygiene issues, there are no returns or exchanges on all items shipped.

Arrangement of wrong goods delivered

Please contact TePe HK Customer Service via email info@tescodental.com within 7 days of receipt and request a replacement. Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, TePe HK boxes and receipts.

 

What should I do if I find that the goods are damaged when you sign for them?

Please contact TePe HK Customer Service via email info@tescodental.com immediately upon receipt of your order. And please report any damage to the goods and retain all packaging materials including original packaging, TePe HK boxes and receipts.

Note: Items that have been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged. Please retain and return all packaging to ensure that it is returned in good condition. Any damage or bending is not eligible for return or exchange.

In case of disputes, TePe reserves the rights of final decision.

 


 

::About Delivery ::

How do I know if it will ship to my address?

We make deliver to Hong Kong District.

 

How to calculate delivery fee?

In promotion period, when your spending is at or above HK$250, you will be entitled to free delivery service.
For spending* less than HK$250, HK$40 delivery fee will be charged.


Normal Delievry:

When your spending is at or above HK$300, you will be entitled to free delivery service.
For spending* less than HK$300, HK$40 delivery fee will be charged.

 

How to change my shipping address or order??

Under normal circumstances delivery address cannot be changed once order is placed.

 

My orders have yet to arrive, what should I do?

Normally order will be delivery within 3 to 5 working days after confirmed order.

Order tracking methods:

You will receive delivery email after the order is collected by Courier.

1) Click Track Order 
2) From the bottom of the TePe HK Website, find "Customer Service" and click "Track Order". Follow the instruction and enter E-mail address and order number so then you can view the order status. 
3) Or directly contact our delivery partners for enquiries, resever delivery time or other special arrangement,
