Tesco Dental (HK) Limited, is committed to bringing you the best oral hygiene products, we care for healthy smiles.

We manufacture all our products at our modern facility in Malmö, Sweden. We offer a range of oral care products such as Interdental brush, Implant brush, Special toothbrushes, Toothbrushes, Dental sticks and Tongue Cleaner.

We offer a secure SSL site for safe shopping. We do not share your information.


1. Terms and Conditions
Your use of the tepehk.com web site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site nor submit any orders for products. These terms and conditions may be changed by Tesco Dental (HK) Limited in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site. 2. Pricing Policy
Price and availability of products offered on the web site are subject to change without prior notice. Product packaging is subject to change without notice and images of the product packaging online may differ from the actual product shipped.

All prices quoted are exclusive of sales tax, freight, shipping and handling charges. Internet sales are subject to sales tax ONLY if you reside in the same state as Tesco Dental (HK) Limited, in this case Hong Kong. 

Prices are only for Hong Kong markets. 


3. Making Purchases
If you wish to make purchases of products described on the web site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to tepehk.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable sales, shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.


4. Order Process
When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email that has been provided. Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer comments section of the order form. 

All orders are shipped via SF Express / Ta-Q-Bin / CMS. Delivery times may vary, please allow 1 week for delivery within the Hong Kong. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. tepehk.com will honor the price that is listed on tepehk.com website. 

Payment is due at time of order. tepehk.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards with no additional surcharges.  Internet sales are subject to no sales tax,  in this case Hong Kong. Product sizes and use are to be recommended to patients by dental professionals.


5. Special Orders
Delivery times will vary due to availability and stock of the products. An additional 2-3 weeks delivery time is often required. Please contact customer service at 2305 2100 for more details.


6. Shipping and Handling Policy

  • Delivery times may vary, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the Hong Kong.
  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer comments section of the order form.
  • Hong Kong Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.
  • Orders are shipped via SF Express / Ta-Q-Bin / CMS.
  • Tepehk.com ships from Hong Kong.


7. Returns
Unless tepehk.com receives a written complaint with full particulars from Buyer regarding any defective goods or other complaints within five (5) business days from the date the goods or services are delivered, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and the delivery accepted. 

Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such tepehk.com does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing.

We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order. 


8. Order Cancellation
All orders must be canceled the same day the order is placed within business hours (9.30am-5pm Local Time). 

We read email from 9.30am to 6pm PST Monday to Friday. We respond to your email in most cases by the next business day unless it requires research. If your email requires research, it may take longer. During the holiday season, we may not be able to respond as quickly as possible.
